A basic detail is more of a maintenance clean - it keeps the vehicle looking presentable but doesn't focus on the details of the vehicle. A full detail is a complete restoration-style service, it goes far beyond cleaning and focuses on bringing the vehicle back to life. 


Yes, we require our clients to make an appointment for detailing services to ensure availability and to allow us to provide the best service possible.


Exterior services typically take 1.5 -2 hours, while a full detail service takes 3-6 hours. It truly depends on the condition and size of the vehicle. 


To ensure the highest level of efficiency and quality during your full detail service, we kindly ask that all non-essential personal items be removed from the vehicle PRIOR to your appointment. Any items left behind will be carefully collected and placed in a bag for your convenience. Please note that we are not responsible for any lost, misplaced or damaged personal belongings.


For your convenience, we accept the following payment methods: Zelle, Venmo, Credit Card, and Cash. We do not accept checks. Please include a memo with all payments indicating the type of payment (e.g., "Deposit" or "Final Payment") and the service booked. This allows us to accurately track and apply your payment.


To provide each client with intentional, uninterrupted service, we require a deposit at the time of booking. This allows us to honor your scheduled time and maintain the quality experience we're known for. Your deposit will be applied to your final balance and deducted upon completion of your service.


All deposits are non-refundable and required to confirm your appointment. Exceptions may be made for inclement weather or emergency situations at our discretion, in which case the deposit may be applied to a rescheduled service. Failure to provide at least [24-hours] notice of cancellation, as well as no-shows, or cancellations for non-emergency reasons, will result in forfeiture of the deposit.
