A deposit is required to secure all appointments in accordance with our detailing service policies. This ensures that we can dedicate uninterrupted time to your vehicle while maintaining the quality of service we provide. All deposits will be applied toward your final balance and deducted upon completion of your service, as outlined in our payment and deposit policy.
Deposits are non-refundable. However, in the event of inclement weather or unforeseen emergencies, we will gladly reschedule your appointment and apply your deposit toward a future service, in line with our vehicle preparation policy. Please note that cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment, or no-show reasons will result in forfeiture of the deposit.
We accept Zelle, Venmo, all major credit cards, and cash as part of our detailing service policies. Please note that checks are not accepted. To ensure accurate processing in line with our payment and deposit policy, we kindly ask that all payments include a memo specifying the payment type (Deposit or Final Payment) along with the service booked, which aligns with our vehicle preparation policy.
To comply with our detailing service policies and ensure a thorough and efficient detail, all non-essential personal items must be removed from the vehicle prior to your appointment. Any items left in the vehicle will be carefully collected and placed in a bag. While we handle all belongings with care, we are not responsible for any lost or damaged items, as outlined in our payment and deposit policy and vehicle preparation policy.
Before each detailing service, we adhere to our vehicle preparation policy by documenting the condition of the vehicle with photos. This process records any pre-existing damage, such as scratches, dents, stains, worn surfaces, or interior damage. Please be aware that we utilize professional grade detailing products, and under our detailing service policies, existing wear and tear may appear more pronounced after a thorough cleaning. For your convenience, please also note our payment and deposit policy prior to your service.
Blatant Blessings maintains general liability insurance for your peace of mind, in accordance with our detailing service policies. While we take every precaution to care for your vehicle, certain risks may exist due to the condition of the vehicle or materials. Clients are required to sign a liability waiver prior to the start of service, as part of our payment and deposit policy.
The waiver acknowledges the nature of detailing services and releases Blatant Blessings from liability for:
- Pre-existing damage
- Areas of the vehicle that may be weakened, worked, or compromised
- Unforeseen issues that may arise during standard detailing procedures, as outlined in our vehicle preparation policy.
As a mobile detailing service, our detailing service policies state that weather conditions may impact our ability to safely and effectively complete your service. In cases of inclement weather, we will contact you to reschedule your appointment at the earliest convenience. According to our payment and deposit policy, your deposit will be transferred to the rescheduled service. Additionally, please be aware of our vehicle preparation policy to ensure everything is ready for your next appointment.
Due to the nature of our services, all sales are final and refunds are not offered once a service has been completed. However, your satisfaction is important to us. If you are not fully satisfied with your service, please notify us within 24 hours of your appointment. We will gladly review your concerns, and if necessary, schedule a touch-up or re-service to ensure the quality of our work meets our standards. Deposits are non-refundable and are applied towards your total service cost. Exceptions may be made in cases of inclement weather or emergencies, where the deposit will be applied to a rescheduled appointment.
